Managing users

Once created, the user accounts will show up in the corresponding table. They can be managed by clicking 'Options' in the far-right column.

    • Web portal users: resend verification email, change password, and enable/disable
    • Application users: in addition to the above, app users have the additional options:
  • The "Edit License" option lets you change the license type for the application user.
    • Select "Edit License" from the drop-down menu corresponding to the desired user.
    • Fill out the "Default Device License" form that pops up and click "Save Changes".
  • To change a user's password:
    • Select "Change Password" from the options menu for the corresponding user.
    • Fill out the "Change Password For" form accordingly. Hit "Save".
    • The user's password is now changed.
    • To disable a user:
    • Select "Disable User" from the options menu corresponding to user you wish to disable.
    • A Window will pop-up, click "Ok" to confirm.
