Managing Devices from the devices table
Here you will find useful information on the options available to you for managing devices from the company devices table.

Introduction
The company device table can be used to:
- Add devices
- Remove devices
- View device information
- Send commands
Table Options

The eye icon at the top-right has three icons:
- View Icon: customize the viewable columns of each row
- Refresh Icon: refresh the table
- Vertical Dot Icon: opens a menu to add devices.

Device Options
Notice the Options menu at the end of each device row

Configuration
- More Information: all information pertaining to the device selected including device information, security / network options, content / apps installed on the device, and the devices locations.
- User: Manage the application user designated to sign in for this device.
- Assign License: if not assigned yet, you can assign a license to the device this way. Or if you have multiple licenses you can change them here for this device.
- ZT Config: change between different Zero-touch configurations that have been setup.
- Remove / Add to Zero-touch: remove or add device(s) to Zero-touch if applicable.
- Remove / Add to KME: remove or add device(s) to KME if applicable.
- Remove: remove the device from the company (removes from the Device table)
Remote Commands
- Bug Report: download the bug report for the device.
- Lock: locks the phone if the device is on.
- Reboot: restarts the phone if the device is on.
- Factory reset: factory resets the device.
- Reload Policies: send a forced check-in command to the device.
- Clear App Data: send a command to clear app data for those apps configured in project policies.
- Remove accounts: Remove any accounts tied to the device (managed google accounts, etc.)
History
- Project History: lists the projects that the device has been on previously and it's removal date.
- Bug Report History: lists bug reports that have been generated by Configuration > Bug Report above.
- Security Log History: lists security logs for the device.
- Network Log History: lists logs pertaining to the devices current network configuration.
Multiple Device Actions
There is also an option to select multiple devices and manage them with various commands that appear at the top of the table.
