Android client DNS Relay
Direct traffic to a trusted DNS address

Introduction
Enable this feature to use a local VPN to reroute all device traffic to the provided DNS addresses.
Note: this is not a real VPN. The service does not relay data to a VPN server, it reroutes the data to the configured DNS addresses.
Setting up the policy
- Log onto the Ensemble management console
- Navigate to the desired project
- From the Policies page, go to the Connectivity Settings tab
- Enter edit mode to make changes to the policy
- Check Enable DNS Relay
- Enter at least the Primary DNS address to redirect web traffic through
- (Optional) include a Secondary DNS address
- (Optional) Disallow VPN Configuration to prevent the user from making changes to the VPN connection via Settings
- (Optional) Set VPN Always On to Ensemble so the DNS relay remains on after a device reboot
- Save the changes
- Deploy the changes
