Why am I seeing the login screen for Ensemble?

The login screen will appear during the first check-in if the device's IMEI has not been added to an Ensemble project.
It could also will appear prior to v159 if the device cannot connect to the Ensemble server. This could happen because the device does not have a valid internet connection and in some cases because the policy to set the device auto-time has been turned off (Policies | Device Settings | Time Settings).
